Upon checking in the aroma of fresh baked yummies was very delicous smelling and made it feel home-like. The concierge was very friendly, pretty basic routine with no extras. Had to ask the best route to the room was and where the amenities were. The room was clean, comfy and perfect for our little family. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool while looking outside at the snow. The continental breakfast had a bit for anyone!...and the attendent did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and well stocked. She even offered crayons and coloring pages for the kids! Great hotel, would definitely come back again!

The cheese and pepperoni as a courtesy "snack" should probably be put on ice. We had no idea how long it was sitting out. Great idea though. Including continental breakfast and pool hours in the welcome binder in the rooms might be helpful.

My queen room was immaculate with decent breakfast. The breakfast was free exactly as I hoped, with cool sausages and fresh waffles, as for instance. The hotel's location was marvellous, so close to alot of differant restaruants in the area to choose from, many great restaurants and shops, and the Rockwell Museum.

The breakfast offered had a variety of options that surpassed my expectations for a budget hotel. The location was great for visiting local attractions. The comfort of the queen bed allowed for restful nights.

I recently stayed here and loved being just a few steps from the Heritage Village of the Southern Finger Lakes and only a short walk to the beautiful Rockwell Museum, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable, despite the gym equipment needing some repairs.
